TROUBLE RADIATOR trouble adalah pada air menyembur dan bocor.kalau air menyembur, packing pada silinder cop dan packing blog silinder secepat nya diperiksa. kalau tidak rusak packingnya bisa juga disebabkan silinder cop nya mulet.kalau sudah begitu, tekanan kompresi akan menyembur lewat pori-pori ke mantel jalur air. dan selanjutnya jalur sirkulasi memiliki tekanan. sehingga air pada mulut pengisian radiator timbul gelembung sampai kadang menyembur.trouble yang lain adalah bocor. sering terjadi di bagian selang penghubung water pump ke radiator, disebabkan kesalahan pemakaian klem. secara tak sengaja pemakaian jenis klem yang salah , sama hal nya dengan mengiris selang radiator. padahal sesuai prakteknya, pemasangan klem tak boleh terlalu rapat. sebab posisi pemasangan selang penghubung tadi sudah dalam keadaan memaksa.
